Amid layoffs, hiring freezes, and employment gaps, smart, college-educated workers are facing unprecedented challenges in the job market. Enter Career Wounds from career coach and holistic healer Mandy Tang, who healed her own career wounds and now teaches others to do the same. She understands the growing number of corporate workers who are longing to experience joy, wholeness, and authenticity at work. • using shamanic frameworks to free themselves of poisonous workplace narratives that are no longer serving them
• grieving unlived dreams, letting go of self-blame, and keeping an open heart

• discovering their unique medicine and becoming the architects of their new relationship to work
