Meet the Author

I began practicing yoga in November 2010 in my hometown of Long Beach, NY. In the past, I did New York Sports Club Hatha Yoga many times but that was nothing before I discovered Vinyasa Yoga. I love Vinyasa Yoga. I believe you can get addicted to it, and it is great when it happens!
First off, I am not a Yoga Instructor; I am a marketer who practices yoga. Big Difference! I am not claiming to be an expert on yoga, but throughout the Yoga with Bee Website, I simply make suggestions and recommendations to yoga practices, and to yoga products on the internet as well as the products that I make myself (which I love to do).
I am excited to share my yoga travels with you. Speaking about traveling, I travel a lot for a living (my day job). After traveling for 6 years, it is starting to take a toll on my body. I take trains and planes and I drive a lot too. Being in those “traveling positions” for long periods of time is not good. It causes a lot of pain.
Practicing consistent yoga has helped me manage my pain and take charge back to my body and how it should feel. Yoga is a huge stress reliever too. Who doesn’t need a stress release? We are in tough times right now. Yoga is a way to transfer your fears into offering your practice to people in the world who need it most. That is what yoga is about – Namaste!
