    Chapter 4
I open the door Mrs. Everly had directed us to. Inside is a large room with hovercrafts and armored vehicles take up most of the floor space, and all four walls are lined with weapons. People about my age are standing around. Looking at the weapons, huddling in groups, studying the vehicles. A man walks in. "Attention!" He yells, silencing what little talking their was. "You all are going to the Base. Now." He walks to a large hovercraft and starts it. "Get in." The man commands, opening a door on the side I hadn't even noticed. I grab Finnick's hand. "Don't let go." I say softly.
    "Never." He answers quietly.
The hovercraft's interior is much different from the simple gray outside. Inside, gray chairs are built in, lining both walls and facing each other. At the front are two pilot chairs, turned forward rather than to the side. A large window covers the upper portion of the front of the ship, in front of the pilots. Smaller windows are behind each seat.
I drop in a seat, and Finnick sits beside me, not letting go of my hand. I see Kara climbing on, and she spots me through the bustling teenagers. She pushes over to drop in the empty chair to my right. Her long, fiery red hair is very curly, and while it's usually a mess like mine, it's pulled in a ponytail, letting it all spill over one shoulder like a waterfall of blazing curls. Her light blue eyes are bright, and she smiles a little.
"Hi, Terran. Hi, Finnick." She murmurs.
    "Hey." I reply.
    "Hi." Finnick says.
We sit in silence for a while. Kara's fingers drum on the side of her chair. I hear a click, and her chair turns around to face the window. She gasps, sounding shocked. I press the same button, and my chair turns around. I can't help but gasp, too. The chair turning had wrenched my hand out of Finnick's grip. I hadn't even realized we'd taken off. My home is shrinking, until the trees swallow it up. When even that turns just a never-ending green landscape. Finnick has turned, too, and we all stare as our world vanishes. Finally, when there's nothing left to remind me of home, I look at my reflection in the glass. I see a stranger. Her long hair braided, her eyes determined. She looks like she lost everything. She did. But when she thought she lost her world...she realized she had just found it.

Twoleg of the Clans- Chapter 4 (Read, Rate, and Review!)

I grimace as I trip into a rosebush, thorns tugging at my clothes and hair. Ignoring the warm liquid dripping down my cheek due to my slip-up, I yank my shirt out of the bush and advance through the forest. Why I was there? I did not know. But I knew it had to do with the cats.
I turn a corner, hoping there wouldn't be a mass of cats waiting for me. When I saw none, I sighed with relief. But I shouldn't have breathed it too soon.
A rush of adrenaline rushed through me as I heard a rustle in the bushes. Muscles tensed, I turned around, ready to fight- or flee.
I nearly leaped out of my skin as the creature shot through the foliage. A shook with terror as it went right beside me, into a shaft of moonlight. But what I saw, I didn't expect.
    A squirrel. A harmless squirrel.
Cursing myself after nearly having a heart attack over a rodent, I turned around. Intense green eyes locked with mine. "Fuffil your destiny!"
As the cat lunged at me.
    I snapped my eyes open.
    And saw… nothing
Panic started to engulf me when I noticed cloth on my arms. I relaxed; it was just my blanket. And that dream was just that- a dream.
But then I was aware of a peculiar noise.
I groaned. "Oh, no. Is the ceiling leaking?"
"I hope it's not. Imagine the punishment.
    "Wait. What's that smell?"
It smelled like a musty old cellar. I tried desperately to get out of the covers to find out the source of the leaking and smell, but I couldn't. It seemed that the exit itself was closed off in all directions.
    That's when it hit me.
I wasn't in my bed, and I wasn't in my room.
    I was in a sac.
And I was in a musty, old cellar.
"Help! Anybody!" I shrieked, throwing my self around like a group of dogs playing a game of Sock Tug of War.
I heard a door open, and I sighed in relief. It was probably the cops, and they were coming to arrest my kidnapper- or, even possibly, my mother.
But what I heard, I did not expect.
    "Ah, you're awake."
Without warning, a sharp knife sliced through the burlap that made up my imprisonment. Once the mystery person had sliced open the sac, he lifted it and pulled it up, revealing me on the ground. I must have looked pretty pathetic, curled up into a ball with my eyes wide, like the world was going to end.
But once I realized I was free, I wasted no time.
I leaped up, fingering the pocketknife in my- hence the name- pocket. "Who are you? Where is my family!?"
The man that had kidnapped me grinned a grin so big and hysterical, it would have made the Cheshire Cat proud.
    "Your mother? She is dead."

    The Virus:Chapter 3(Continued)

"Wait, you have a dog?" I ask, enthralled. Tim nods. "But the virus killed most of the dogs, and the rest turned into dog Shells," l say. Tim shrugs. "I guess Lassie is special," he replies with a small smile. I look down at Lassie, who, by the way, looks exactly like Lassie. "She's a Collie, right?" I ask. Tim nods and rubs her head. "She is an actual descendant of Lassie," he says proudly. "Really? Wow." I bend down on one knee and ruffle her ears. She seems to smile at me and her tail begins wagging. "So. How long have you been here?" I ask. "This is my home. I never left," he answers, clearly wanting to change the subject. "Uh, how have you survived so long?" I inquire. Tim dashes out, soon returning with a small device. "What is it?" I ask, reaching out to poke it. "I dunno what to call it. But it repels Shells by emitting a sound only they can hear. I got the idea because l used a dog whistle to call Lassie when she ran away. I saw a few Shells that were nearby instantly move away, as if it hurt their ears," Tim explains. "Really? You're genius! This could help my friends at the police station a lot!" I exclaim. "Do you have another one?" He shakes his head. "No. I'm making one. But l'm not sure l want to give it to them," he says, putting it on the counter. "What? Why not?" I demand. He looks at me wearily. "Lets just say l don't want to help the people who killed my parents," Tim answers quietly. I stare in shock at him. "What do you-" I start, but he cuts me off with a wave of his hand. "You sure are curious, aren't you? Have you ever learned to keep your nose out of places it doesn't belong?" He asks drily. "Maybe you shouldn't be so selfish!" I declare, speaking before l can stop myself. "Leave. I don't care if Shells are in the backyard or not. Go," he says, his voice as sharp as a blade. I cross my arms and open the door, going into the front yard. I slam it behind me before noticing the Shells just outside the fence. They begin moving away, probably because of his device. I begin thinking about what he said. The people who killed his parents? I sigh and sit down on the grass, hugging my legs to my chest. An hour passes by, and the sun is starting to go down. I rest my chin on my knees and stare at the ground, just sitting there without a thought in my head. Except for one. His words replay over and over in my head. "Let's just say l don't want to help the people who killed my parents." What did he mean by that? Surely the refugees at the station couldn't have done it. I hear the door open behind me. "Still there, l see." The voice belongs to Tim. I hear his footsteps on the concrete, and then on the grass. He sits down next to me. "I'm sorry," l blurt out, then l look down again, my face red. "Me too," he answers quietly. "I shouldn't have done that," l say. "I'm just stupid and loud mouthed." I turn my head to see his reaction. He just sits there silently. He lays down and crosses his arms behind his head. I continue sitting, looking back at him. I then feel my ankle throbbing, and l remember that l twisted it when l fell. I wince slightly, clenching my hands. "What is it?" Tim asks. "Just my ankle. I hurt it when l fell from the tree," l say through gritted teeth. "Here. Let me see it," he says, sitting up and crossing his legs. I remove my shoe and sock, then let him inspect it. He lightly prods the ankle, and l grimace. "What's wrong?" I ask"You're going to need crutches, because you broke it," he answers solemnly.

    The Virus:Chapter Two

I slowly open my eyes, the sudden sunlight blinding me. I groan and block the light out with one hand. My body aches from being in one position for so long. I ease myself up, leaning against the trunk of the tree. I look around, trying to figure out how long l was out. Judging fron the tine of day compared to when l was last awake, l would say about a day. A day? I slept for a day? Shaking my head, l lower myself down to a branch below, peering through leaves. I freeze when l notice the Shells. Dozens of them walk aimlessly up and down the street, and l cover my mouth to suppress a squeak. The police station is about 60 meters away from the first few Shells. I instantly know two things. One, getting back to the station is impossible at this point, as l have no weapon. Two, the station will soon be swarmed with Shells before nightfall. The thought of losing all my friends hurts, because they're all l have left besides my father. That is, if he's alive. I toss the thought out, not wanting to get distracted. A few Shells break from the crowd and lumber near my tree, using their keen sense of smell to guide themselves to the scent of human. (This will be continued in the next result)

    Chapter 5
Debris falls as the roof caves in. I roll to avoid a huge chunk of rock. Deafening crashes ring through the cave, and I lay completely still until, finally, there's silence.
Bits of stone had cut my face and neck, but I ignore them. I stand up, making a cloud of dust rise up.
A moan comes from nearby. "Terran..." I stand up and move towards the voice. I find him laying, half-concious and bloody, on the hard ground.
"Finnick?" I say softly, dropping next to him and gently wiping dirt off his face. "It's alright. Are you okay?"
"Yeah..." he mumbles. I help him sit up, then sit in front of him, studying his face. He's very close to me. Jonah stumbles over. Finnick stands quickly, and helps me up.
"I, uh, found a way out. But those spiders will wake up soon, and..." Jonah says. I nod, showing he doesn't need to go into further detail. The three of us follow him to a rock pile that looks very unstable. Jonah climbs up first, then scrambles out to the other side. He looks down at us and calls, "Come on!" I climb up slowly, trying to keep the loose rocks from falling. When I'm sitting in the snow, I lay on my back, staring at the cloudy gray sky, and breathe the fresh air. Finnick hauls himself over. A layer of dirt has covered completely, making his sea green eyes seem...radiant against the grit. He shakes his head vigorously, and a cloud of dirt rises, revealing his bronze hair.
"Let's get out of here." He says, standing up. I get to my feet. I take the lead, then run off into the trees, Jonah and Finnick behind me. We break out of the snowy trees, and slow down, walking into a huge, gorgeous field. A light rain has begun to fall. It doesn't turn into snow, so I realize we must've left the snowy area a long time ago.
"Guys! You're almost there! Straight ahead!" Pax's voice says excitedly. "The Kingdom is SO close... but be careful. You're about to enter a whole nother world."

    DragonClans story part 9.

"Whitekit the time has come for you to become an aprentice. O call opon my warrior ancestors to loo down on this kit. She is ready to become an aprentice. Whitekit from this day forward until you recieve your warrior nane you shall be known as Whitepaw. Hayfur will be your mentor." Dragonstar meowed. It had been a moon since Shadflight had died and they hadnt yet found the loners who had done it even though they had warned all the clans. Dragonflywing had retired to the nursury and would soon have her kits. Bladefang was jst as good a deputy as her. He never forgot patrols and always went on at least 1 every day. Hayfur went up to Whitepaw and they touched noses. "Whitepaw,Whitepaw!" Her Clanmates cried. Bladefang yowled the loudest of them all. "Clan dismissed." Said Dragonstar with a small smile. Hayfur Skyfeather and Bladefang had just been leaving for a hunting patrol when the meeting was called so Hayfur and Whitepaw went out. She already could do rhe hunting crouch well and caught a moise and a bird. Together the whole patrol had 2 birds 3 mice and a vole. They leaft a mouse for TreeClan (wgich was still recovering) then padded back to camp with the remaining prey in their jaws. When they got back Whitepaw ran to Featherflight. "Mommy look what i caught!" She said proudly. "Good job little 1 but shouldnt you put it on the fresh-kill pile?" Featherflght asked twitching her whiskers. "Oops!" Whitepaw said then ran to the pile and dropped her prey. "What are we going to do now?" She asked Hayfur. "We'll practice battle moves after i sleep for a little while. I was out on the sawn patrol and then sunset patrol last night." Hayfur yawned and padded to the warrios den. Ohitepaw started running ver in her mind the fighting techniques Bladefang had taught her waiting for Hayfur to eake up... by Lilyfang. Sorry for any spelling mistake. Its gettijg a little dark. Do you think its good?

    Chapter 7
I wake up, but this time, I'm thinking clearly. Kara is asleep in a chair and there's no sign of Korrin. I sit up slowly and look around. Then I reach over and poke Kara's shoulder.
    "Kara. Hey, Kara!" I say.
She stirs and sits up. "Oh. You're up." She notices.
"Yeah. What happened? I flipped out..." I say.
"The doctors gave you a couple medications. The one for pain probably messed with your head, since it was supposed to work in your head, anyway. But it wore off." She explains.
"Is Finnick okay?" I ask, feeling guilty about freaking him out.
"Um, yeah. I haven't seen him yet, but I think he's all right." Kara answers, looking like she's hiding something.
    I frown. "What?"
    "What what?" She asks.
"You're making that face. What happened?"
"Finnick took the worst of the explosion. He was holding the gun. But he's strong. He's thinking clearly. Well, I heard..."
    "Tell me everything that happened."
"Well, after the people who got knocked back–there must've been about nine–the medics did some tests and took them back. Korrin told us to keep practicing if we weren't hurt. I made him let me see you." She finishes. I stand abruptly, which makes my head spin, but I keep my balance. I rip back the curtain and stumble over to Finnick's bed. "Finnick?" I murmur, leaning on the bedside to make my head stop throbbing. Finnick's back is laying with his back to me. "Finnick?" I repeat. He moans and rolls over. I gasp in shock. He's a handsome guy, burns ravage his face.
"Finnick..." I whisper, running my fingers over his burned cheek.
He smiles. "Not so pretty, huh?"
"I bet you not being gorgeous hurts more than the burns." I answer, smiling sadly.
"Well, this won't last long. Apparently this happens a lot. They have stuff to make injuries literally fade." He explains. Then his smile falls from his face. "I'm so sorry, Terran."
"Me? It's not your fault, Finnick! The gun was messed up. You took the most damage, anyway."
It's true. He's only wearing a pair of shorts. He's burned really bad. His arms, legs, face, chest, and stomach are burned and scarred. He stands up, wincing a little.
"Are you okay?" I ask him quietly. I notice how close he and I are.
The doctors enter before he can reply. "Finnick, I–" The doctor stops and looks between us. "Um..."
I blush. "We were just talking." I say quickly, taking a step away from Finnick.
"Mm-hm. Well, Finnick, this ointment is made for exactly this kind of thing, although your burns aren't severe. You're lucky. You'll be fine." The doctor applies the ointment and walks out. "You can go." He adds to Finnick and leaves. I turn and look at him.
"We should get back to training..." I say, sounding way too dissappointed.
"Uh-huh. Yeah. Definately..." He looks like he wants to say more. but he doesn't. We leave, and head toward the training room.
I glance at him and sigh softly, then open the doors to the training room.

    DragonClans story part 5.

An eagle soared overhead. Whitekit looked up and said. "Look at the little bird mommy!" Featherflight said. "That bird is actully really big Whitekit but its so high up in the sky,it looks small." Whitekits brother had died of greencough and all mourned his loss. Bladefang went over to them and said. "Thats an eagle Whitekit. Its so big it could eat you in 1 bite! Thats why im going to show you what to do if 1 gets close. Sometimes that happens." He crouched low to the ground then sprang to the side and swiped a claw at an imaginary eagle. "Now you try." He said sitting up. Whitekit crouched then sprang to the side. She swiped her tiny paw at the air. "Good job!" Said Featherflight. "If that had been a real eagle you could have gotten him no problem." Then a loud screech was heard. Dragonflywing and Dragonstar who had benn sharing tounges looked up. The others who were all on patol also looked up and saw-the eagle. It was diving towards camp, straight towards Whitekit. If its beak hit a cat head on,that cat would die instantly. It got closer and closer so quickly no one could react except for Whitekit who was so scared she could only do 1 thing:she rolled out of the way just in time. The eagles talons hit the ground right by her and as it swooped up Bladefang and Featherbreeze both attacked,1 on each side. They weighed it down and it couldnt fly. Dragonstar and Dragonflywing ran to help. Dragonflywing attacked from behind, clawing off its tail feathers and leaving deep marks on its back. Dragonstar jumped onto its back and gripping tightly with his claws he raised a paw and brought it down on its neck. The eagle went limp and everyone backed away from it. "Is anyone hurt?" Dragonstar asked. "Just a few scratches Dragonstar." Bladefang replied. "Good." Dragonstar dragged the eagle to the fresh-kill pile and then went over to Whitekit and said. "Well done Whitekit. You were fast enough to dodge the eagle and even scratched it. Look!" He showed her the marks of tiny claws on the eagles side. "These are your clawmarks and i think you should have the first bite." White kit looied at the marks and bit into the eagles soft flesh. By Lilyfang. Should i continue?

    The silver one chapter 5

Silverpaw yawned, and woke up. "Morning!" she called to the waking Direfern, and padded out to the freshkill pile. Warmpaw was there, picking at a mouse. Silverpaw could feel odd waves of heat rising from her. "Are you feeling okay?" Silverpaw asked. "I-Im f-fine." Warmpaw croaked. "Are you sure?" Silverpaw insisted. "Yes!" Warmpaw snapped angrily, then burst into a fit of coughing. Silverpaw frowned and turned away as Firefern padded from the den. "Time for everyone's assessment!" She called out. The apprentices gulped, looked at each other, then went to their mentors. "Good luck!" Toadpaw hissed to Silverpaw, while Beetlepaw glared at him.

Silverpaw and Firefern entered a clearing. "Okay, so I will give you a problem, and you will tel me what to do." Sikverpaw nodded nervously. "A cat broke her leg." Firefern snapped out. "Splint it with cobwebs and reeds, give her comfrey, give her thyme for shock, poppyseeds for sleep and give her excersises." Firefern nodded. "Good

The Silver One, chapter 2 part 2

Silverpaw panted and stared at the unmoving bodies of two shadowclan cats in front of her. "Wow....." she breathed, amazed. Ambereyes burst in, the senior warrior panting. Behind him ran three other cats, Rainstripe, rainstripe's apprentice Beetlepaw and Toadpaw, stormwind's apprentice. Ambereyes stared at the shadowclan warriors. "Nice job." He said in awe. Beetlepaw rolled his eyes as Toadpaw nodded, bright blue eyes glowing wth adoration. Silverpaw lowered her dark blue eyes. "Thanks." The sounds of battle grew louder and they pricked their ears. "Come on!" Ambereyes ordered, and with a flicm of his tail, they ran intl the clearing. It was covered in splashes of blood, and one unconcious shadowab warrior. Fernsnow also lay on the ground, unmoving. "Fernsnow!!!!!" Ambereyes yowled and ran to his mother. His eyes darkened with grief as he looked up. "She's dead." He sobbed. "Really dead."
