Norman Saunders, MD, FRCPC, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Toronto, Canada, has been on staff at The Hospital for Sick Children since 1976 and has cared for a generation of children in his community pediatric practice. He is the recipient of a number of teaching awards and has published widely on pediatrics.

Jeremy Friedman, MB.ChB, FRCPC, is the Chief of Pediatric Medicine at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Toronto. He serves on the editorial boards of a number of pediatric journals and is the recipient of clinacal, teaching, and humanitarian awards for his work in pediatrics.
