Caring For The Mind is an excellent reverse book for the people I train as Family Development Specialists. They work with families to allow them to take control of their own lifes and become more self-sufficient. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs to understand clearly what the issues and barriers people face in taking care of themselves and their families. Was this review helpful?
