Adrian Gostick is co-author of the best-selling books The Integrity Advantage, The 24-Carrot Manager (called "a must read for modern-day managers" by Larry King), and Managing with Carrots.     Simply a Great Book!

    This book has shown me that the manner and method in which recognition is delivered makes the difference. It's one thing to hand out awards, but quite another to have a program that increases engagement and commitment, reduces turnover, improves morale and benefits the bottom line.
