Great book! I knew George Washington Carver from his work with peanuts, but didn't know he did just as much for tomatoes. The short biography of Carver is really interesting. I enjoyed skimming through the recipes and comparing the original old-time recipes of Carver with the updated versions. I've made some of the stuffed tomato recipes and they are great.
