This is the Worst Book of the Case Files Series

This book does not concisely describe and give you the important information you need for rotations and shelf exams. It is poorly and inconsistently written and often focuses on information such as drugs not approved in the US and upcoming research which are not applicable to a concise review. I love case files, they have got me through most of my rotations but this one is horrible. Don't buy it.

    I Also Recommend:

    A great pick..

Case Files Neurology is a helpful text for the general neurology clerkship- it covers common neurological problems in a case-based format, with easy to read and understand explanations. There are minor spelling & grammatical errors scattered throughout the book, but the information itself is accurate. A must have for the NBME shelf exam!
