Should be required reading for all nursing case managers.

This book is an excellent resource for nurses who want to take the CCM exam. It is also a must read for any nurse currently working as a case manager. This text addresses issues which would arise in all types of case management, from hospice to worker's comp. The information is timely, relevant, and presented in a clear and concise manner. The test questions after each chapter are an excellent preparation for the CCM test.
