I am 12 years old (soon to be 13), and many people may say that I am too old for Hank the Cowdog. However, ever since I picked one up when I was six, (Number 40 to be exact) I can't stop wanting to go back for more into this wonderus series. After I read a long and tiring book, I usually settle down and read several Hanks for good laughs. I have read each book several times, and I thank John R. Erickson for creating the cast of hilarious characters that are in this book. This book, even though it might seem scary for young readers at a first look at the cover, actually is not scary at all and provides an interesting twist at the end. Whatever the age, if you have any sense of good humor you will enjoy Hank.
