    Incredible Hands-on Resource!

    Being new to the world of foreclosures and short sales, I didn't know what to expect. WOW! What a lot of great information! There are dozens of forms, checklists and letters provided to use with sellers, attorneys and banks to negotiate deals. I love the inspection checklists and the property research forms.

    The book is well laid out, and follows in an easy-to-read format. There is even a complete state-by-state listing of timetables for foreclosures, and references for the statutes.

    There are a lot of foreclosures in my area, and this book will help me build a property portfolio without loosing my shirt. I would recommend this to anyone just starting out, or for mid-level real estate investors looking for a good reference book.
