Dwayne Ridgaway, a native of Kerrville, Texas, lives in Bristol, Rhode Island. He is an author of the well received Lasagna: The Art of Layered Cooking; Pizza: 50 Traditional and Alternative Recipes for the Oven and the Grill; Sandwiches, Panini, and Wraps: Recipes for the Original "Anytime, Anywhere" Meal; Indoor Grilling: 50 Recipes for Electric Grills, Stovetop Grills, and Smokers; and Perfect One Dish Meals: 50 New Tastes for Old Fashioned Comfort Foods; as well as contributing author, food stylist, and recipe developer for several notable magazines and books. Dwayne, a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, currently works as a food and beverage consultant, caterer, and event designer.
