Overview

Radzia MacDaun’s mission of vengeance has turned into a rescue operation… but will she need to be rescued, too?

When Gaiscioch killed her father, Radzia—Z to her friends—vowed to take the Seelie traitor down as painfully as possible. Plans for revenge were put on hold, however, when Gaiscioch abducted her housekeeper and friend, and Z had no choice but to dive into the pit to save her.

Now, in the heart-stopping conclusion to the Legend series, the half-human/half-Daoine Fae finds herself in the Dark Realm, where she’ll have to fight Gaiscioch on his own turf. Danté, Prince of the Tuatha Dé and Z’s lover, is not about to let her face this danger alone, however, and the two of them are thrust on a ride that takes them to the edge of life as we know it…

Will they survive?

Will the Fae Realm survive?

Damn, will any of us survive?

Prince in the Mist is a spin off tale about Prince Breslyn, and Prince, Prelude-Legend just released on May 8th, is the backstory for Spellbound. Hope you enjoy.

Catch and Hold completes the Legend series in style, with Claudy Conn pulling out all the stops to bring the series to a stimulating and climactic finale. Which is after all . . . as it should be, since she left readers with a cliff hanger ending in Free Falling—Legend (no title irony there. lol)
The beginning of Catch and Hold finds Radzia MacDaun smack-landing in the dark realms of the unseelie fae and on the run

Outstanding conclusion to the Legend series (well there are spin off novellas and a trilogy still being written)! Sexy, action packed and fast paced. Couldn't put it down, read it in one sitting.Z just tickles me. She's so sarcastically hilarious I love this series and am sorry it is ending but will take every chance to read more in the spin off novellas and trilogy based on this series.

Includes extended previews of Shadowlife-Hybrid (Shadow vampire series), Prince of the Mist (Legend

5 Stars!!
I am soooo sad that I have finished this fae series! I love it so and wish there were even more books!! This book continued the story of Z as well as completing the main story arc started in the first book. What I loved the most about this book is that it connects all of the characters from the first books in this series together. I love seeing strong women come together for a common purpose (do not worry, their men were there too ;)).

Catch & Hold by Claudy Conn
    Legend Series Book 5
This book picks up where Free Falling (book 4) left off. Radzia, known as Z, has fallen into some deep trouble and Dante has followed after to try and help. Z has to become more Daoine than human if she is going to be able to win the coming battles. Problem is that this girl just can’t lose her knee jerk reactions. She just don’t stop and think things out.

Dante, Royal Prince of Lugh, doesn’t seem so princely these days as he has to chase after his Z, his enfant. Trying to keep her safe is a full time job. Not to mention the other handsome hunks he has to keep at bay so they stay away from his woman. Love has definitely changed this seventy thousand year old warrior. But warrior he is and must be as the war is now here.

Legend series is best read from the start, Spellbound. Each book has a continuing story of Gaiscioch, the Dark Realm and the Unseelies who are part of a coming war against the unsuspecting humans. From book one we start meeting our couples who will unite to fight in this war as well. Catch & Hold was full of adventure and surprises. It seems our heroes and heroines always need their swords nearby as trouble is never far away. The author even gives life and personality to a Seelie Hallow named Rolo.

    eXtreme Seduction

Catch and Hold completes the Legend series in style, with Claudy Conn pulling out all the stops to bring the series to a stimulating and climactic finale. Which is after all . . . as it should be, since she left readers with a cliff hanger ending in Free Falling—Legend (no title irony there. lol)

The beginning of Catch and Hold finds Radzia MacDaun smack-landing in the dark realms of the unseelie fae and on the run across the enemy’s home turf, without her beloved Danté. Conn ups the ante further by bringing the powers of four dark unseelie royals into the mix of villains bent on mayhem and destruction. From beginning to end the action never stops as Conn draws her cast of Legend characters together to save the Tuatha Dé and earth as we know it. I applaud the strong female characters, the wide emotional range, and character building growth that fills the story; but between the two of us, I know what it is you really want to know about this book. The answer is . . . YES. In spite of all the drama, intrigue, excitement, and the heat of battle –which make this a great series ender, Claudy still creates room for the finer points of love; the sizzling passions that make reading a Conn romance a delectably private affair.

The end, no other two words strike as deep or contain as much horror for the avid reader, especially when they signal the completion of a truly exciting and engaging series. Readers will appreciate knowing that, even as she brings Legend to its completion, Conn opens the doors wide for a range of new paranormal plots and romances. One thing is certain, we haven’t seen the last of Claudy Conn or her talent for writing eXtreme seduction.

    Fantastic series!

Dante and Z's story brought everything from this series together and kept you glued with all the twists and turns. Yes, Z was a little childish at times in this book, especially with everything going on. But, it all worked out in the end. I wish at least one of the pairs of immortals would have found out that they were going to have a baby since the difficulty to have children was discussed throughout the series. It was the end of the series afterall and it would have been nice to see that the immortals can hope. Highly recommend this Fae series! Hate to see it end.....

Great Book ... Definite Must Read!!!

I LOVED this book, and the entire Legend series!!! Dante has become my favorite Fae, even more than Breslyn, and I really didn't think that was possible. Although this is the conclusion of the Legend series, I hope to see more of Dante in the near future. ;)

The storyline of this book/series was incredible. I loved getting to know the characters and seeing where the story unfolds. I absolutely fell in LOVE with these characters and the series, and I am so grateful for the chance to be have been able to read it. I have already purchased "Through Time -Pursuit", so that I continue this story with Chancemont, and the Milesians, and I can't wait to read it.

Thanks again Claudy Conn, for bringing another wonderful book to life for me, and for creating such an AMAZING series!! You have definitely created a fan for life.

I enjoyed this book as I did the entire Legend series...I read it out of order and the way Conn writes you don't feel like it's something you've missed.  I like the way she seemed to seamlessly ties all of these books together.  She is an excellent writer and storyteller.  Enjoy I did!!!!!

    Good read.

This is science fiction about time shifters. The story is over 950 pages. The story involves lots of different characters and lots of fighting and adventure. There is not a whole lot of romance but, the romance that is there is for adults only. The story is well written. The lead male is strong and the female is brave, impulsive and uses hip language.

Of course my lovely Claudy Conn starts us off with a great recap

Of course my lovely Claudy Conn starts us off with a great recap of the previous book since this book continues on with Z and Dante’s story. I am so glad too because there was just too much to make only one book for them.

Personally I would love to see this series as a TV series. That would be so great! Its like True Blood meets Underworld meets Charmed…

This new book we are introduced to new fascinating characters as well. Z and Dante’s relationship is even stronger in this book they go through a lot and major things happen to test their love.

Each book in this series is different and fresh. The fight is getting harder with the evil that is coming. The good guys are trying to prevent the war from happening. The dark unseelie who are being led by the traitor Gais. Gais is about to strike can they all get together to stop them?

Z and Dante have to recruit more help and this help will be from an enemy from a long time ago. To top it all off we get erotic love scenes with so much passion that heat you up.

In this book you realize that Claudy books are all some what intertwined. Amazing! Claudy throws in an amazing twist at the end!

Very entertaining series. I like longer love scenes, but that's just me. With that said, still adult readers only!
