Jake Campbell and Brandon Bartlett used to go to high school together. They ran in different circles, obviously. Now, they are both back and working at their old high school. The sports teams end up needing help and science teacher Brandon comes to the rescue. He and Jake become friends. Is there room for more? Being back at the high school brings up old memories and perceptions. There are clicks, even for the teachers. Is Brandon crossing over to Jake's world? He soon shows he can fit in with the baseball team. Jake quickly becomes important to Brandon and vice versa. Can they cross over to where them being a couple is a good thing? Can they go public with it? What will their friends think if everyone knows? Will it matter? Everyone wants a do over for high school. This book brings all that up and more. It has an epic love story among the fun and the games. I loved the banter, the sexy times, and especially the teachers being amazing at their jobs!

The book wasn't that great. There was no conflict. No drama. Just two men who are thrown together and realize they'really both gay. That's really it lol the style of writing and even the format of the book itself was subpar at best.

*No spoilers" "Caught Running" is an excellent book in one of my favorite tropes in MM: the jock/nerd romance. (Although, neither of the characters can be stereotypically pegged as just either.) Urban and Roux craft a novel from both men's perspectives, providing insight into their misperceptions of, and growing feelings for, each other. The sexual tension in this story is rife! Urban and Roux are able to make both of the main characters' worlds realistic, which makes their romance all that much more believable. Well written, "Caught Running" is an uplifting story with a satisfying ending.

I really enjoyed this book. The authors introduced me to two men and wrote a story that made me care about them. Good book.

I read my fair share of books ranging in themes, and I have to say that out of all the novels that I have ever read this is probably my favorite! It was very enjoyable and I found it to be highly relatable which I greatly appreciated! Would Highly recommend! *Just a note, this book is very descriptive when it comes to adult content and could be considered inappropriate for younger readers.
