After a shaky past, Kelsey LeBreck’s future is looking good. She’s been saving money for culinary school with her earnings from The Ranch, a private BDSM resort. Even better, she’s landed a day job where she can practice baking and flirt with her favorite customer. However, having secret fantasies about Wyatt Austin is where it has to end. If there’s one thing Kelsey knows can derail her, it’s a relationship. But when a danger from her past threatens to steal her fresh start, the intense executive may be the only one who can help her.

Wyatt doesn’t have room on his agenda for dating, but something about the pretty young waitress stirs desires he thought were long buried. So when he needs someone to pose as his girlfriend at an important business retreat and finds out Kelsey needs to go off the grid for a while, he can’t resist making her an offer. Soon, Kelsey learns that Wyatt’s power in the boardroom is no match for his power in the bedroom, and she wonders if her heart will survive. Because Wyatt Austin is a man who gets what he wants, and now he wants her.

This book is touching, full with emotion, strength, redemption, and love. Two good people with a painful past and many issues come to terms with who they are. As a result they are now able to accept love and stop running away from love. I love Wyatt, and Kelsey they are so good for each other. He is so stong and never faltered in his protection of her. I enjoyed the banter between Wyatt and Jace. The supporting characters were significant to the storyline. I only wish the destruction of Gwen was wtitten in. "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned". This book is a favorite, and Wyatt is now a member of the club with Christian, Gideon, Gabe, Ian, etc.

The description clearly states that this series is about BDSM, if that's not what people like then they shouldn't read the books.

I loved this one. Wyatt is socially awkward, nerdy, sexy as sin and romantic. He doesn't think he's but out for relationships because he's a workaholic. Wyatt is Jace's older brother and like Jace, he's sexy as hell. Loved that Jace was in this one, he's basically in every book of the series. He's funny, laid back and witty. Jace always manages to steal the scene he's in. Would love to read another Jace story.

Kelsey is Brynn's younger sister. She has a past she's ashamed of and is running from. She works at the Ranch as a Dom. Kelsey's past has come back to threaten her and she's ready to run after trying to set her life straight.

Kelsey wants to go to culinary school. She's a waitress during the day and a Dom at nights. Wyatt always goes to where she works and Kelsey is attracted to him.

Wyatt has his secrets also. He use to be a Dom but has shut that part of himself close. But when he does that switch, he becomes a totally different guy. He's very in tune to his partner. He doesn't want to do anything that will bring any sort of harm to his sub. He doesn't want to push to fast or to far.

Kelsey decides to help Wyatt after he approaches her with a business deal. Kelsey's charming, very social, she knows who to interact with others unlike Wyatt. Wyatt doesn't want to go on the trip but his father makes him. He's the one who holds Wyatt's future in hands in the company and Wyatt bends to his father's will.

Love that Wyatt learns to stand up to himself towards the end where his father is concerned. He's also establishing a relationship with his brother Jace. He listens to his brother's advice for once.

Roni Loren's books in my opinion are all better than Fifty Shades of Grey. There's a plot to the story. The characters are real and believable. I highly recommend this series.

4: I cannot believe how much I liked this book. I had no expectations whatsoever.
When I first started reading it I thought it was going to be another BDSM book. A typical story where a rich hot guy meets a regular cute girl and they share a strong attraction for each other. Well it was kind of like that except it was a bunch more too and I loved it.
The first 35% or so of the book I thought was okay, but then at around 40%, I could not stop reading it. The story had some BDSM and some steamy scenes, but it was not overdone. There was much more than just hot sex between these two characters. You saw these two people grow into a relationship.
“I don’t know how to be normal. The closer we get, the more I want to run.”
He leaned over and pressed a kiss to her forehead. “Then I guess I’ll have to be faster than you.”
Some of the scenes were so STEAMY. My cheeks turned pink at certain scenes!!! It was pretty hot. This couple had some great chemistry. I think what made the chemistry great was that I really liked both characters a lot.
Kelsey is strong and beautiful and smart and I just loved her. She has had a tough life and got mixed up with some bad people when she was really young, when she knew no better. She is now trying to make something better for herself; save up money to go to culinary school and open her own bakery. But in order to do that she needs to take up two jobs. Plus, she is on the run since her past is coming back for her.
There was the whole game of Wyatt telling Kelsey he does not do relationships and Kelsey always worried that she will put her out there for Wyatt and he will break it, but I love those games!!! And I think what made it really good and steamy is that Wyatt was always so protective of Kelsey. He was all alpha but he trusted her, he believed in her.
“Too young. Too sweet. Too messy.”
You sensed in the book he cared for her even though he was denying himself the opportunity to give his whole heart to her. I loved it!!!
“I would happily stand up right now and tell everyone in here that I am dating you-a girl who kicked and scraped her way through a life that would’ve crushed most of the people in here. And that she the beautiful, kind-hearted, and tough-ass woman I’ve ever met.”
I cannot believe I have not read or heard of this author before and then before I start this book, I see that it is the fourth book in the series. I am planning on reading the previous three books in the series.
Sidenote: I loved Ferris and Mrs. Pritchard. I wish there were more scenes with them. Will there be a sequel with Wyatt and Kelsey??? If there will be, I want Ferris and Mrs. Pritchard to be part of it!!
The author wrote great characters with a nice story with some really great steamy scenes. I really liked this one.

So I received an invite on NetGalley to read and possibly review

So I received an invite on NetGalley to read and possibly review Caught Up in You, I have never read any books in this series before hell truth be told I had never even heard of them. Now BDSM is not my thing, truth be told EROTCA is not exactly my favorite type of read either, throw them together and you'd think I'd totally hate the book right? WRONG! I really enjoyed Kelsey (such a unique name LOVE) and Wyatts story and journey, neither has exactly come to terms with their roles in the BDSM community one is living a lie and the other had a bad experience and is afraid to unleash their inner DOM. But Kelsey is afraid submitting will bring old nightmares back to the surface, because she has suffered terrible things, this is where I'm going to get all kinds of vague because since I have not read the other 3 books in the series I don't know how much was explained in them and I truly don't want to spoil anything for anyone who may decide to start this series from the beginning, THAT IS NOT saying that this couldn't be read as a stand alone because it totally can be.  Watching Wyatt and Kelsey come to terms with the pasts they are both trying to keep buried was BEAUTIFUL, because we get to watch them help each other through it. I have to say one of my FAVORITE things in this book was all the cheesy 80's movie references, I'm such a sucker for all things 80's romance movie based. But that is totally off subject I know lol I truly believe you will have a hard time not coming to care about these characters, that is how well they are portrayed. And if you are one who enjoys a steamy scene or two well Caught Up in You DEFINITELY will not disappoint.

    GEEK IS THE NEW SEXY
Simply said, I love that Wyatt is a geek, so hot, so sexy! I think this is my favorite in the series, but hard to say because I get attached quickly in each book of this series to the characters. Just picturing Wyatt in my mind, gorgeous but a bit different from the norm did it for me on the hotness scale. Again, great story, and great cast of characters. Look forward to the next book.

    Good

The love story was OK but I did not liked the book as much as the previous ones. I am not into BDSM, but I enjoyed reading about the Ranch and the training of doms and subs in its context. However this story takes place outside the Ranch so Kelsey's training as a sub outside that specific BDSM scene and context was more difficult to relate to. Some of the scenes just did not feel realistic and in some of them the guy was kind of freaky and overdomineering. Borderline abusive eve, which contrasted with the love he was supposedly feeling. That's not how a man should treat the woman he loves. Not my cup of tea.

Compelling Characters Amidst a Super Steamy Storyline

Things are still steamy in this fourth installment of the Loving On the Edge series as the road to a HEA for the cool, calm, and collected Wyatt and troubled Kelsey is a rocky but satisfying one. From start to finish the heat is on as Kelsey tries to fit into the rich and classy lifestyle from which Wyatt comes from. It's difficult though for a girl from the poorer side of the tracks who's made bad decisions that led to drugs and stripping to feel as though she belongs which keeps a subtle barrier between them throughout most of the story and will require a grand gesture from Wyatt to break down that barrier.

We've seen glimpses of Wyatt throughout the series and he's a serious and staid man, the complete opposite of his carefree brother Jace, completely devoted to business as his cold father raised him to be. It turns out though that he has a dark side that he's kept hidden out of shame and fear. He was once a Dom who failed the Sub in his care and he's scared that might happen again when he starts a BDSM relationship with the fragile Kelsey. He's kept those dark needs hidden from past partners but she brings out the masterful side in him as seen by their numerous scorching sexual interludes. A business retreat with Kelsey as his companion leads to a glimpse of the happy and fun life Wyatt could have if he just allows it. Her past comes back to haunt the loving foundation they've slowly built though and it will take a big leap of faith from both of them to finish making the happy future they both ultimately want in a very romantic and heartwarming conclusion. Wyatt is an admirable hero who sees only the good things in Kelsey. He never judges her and only wants to make her happy after her sad and disappointing past. He gives her strength which in turn gives him the strength to step out from behind his father's shadow and become the man he was truly meant to be.

Kelsey is an unexpected heroine, compelling and multifaceted as seen by her current sweet school girl persona and her stripper drug-fueled past. She makes no excuses for her past which is refreshing and admirable. She doesn't dwell on it but struggles to make sure that sadness doesn't drag her back to that dark time. She's immensely attracted to Wyatt but knows he could be her downfall, so she fights to keep their relationship purely unemotional. That's hard to do though as his sweetly romantic gestures and uncompromising faith slowly win her over and have her thinking of the L-word which has her running once again with him in pursuit which leads to a tear-induced finale. Kelsey is a likable heroine, outspoken and loyal to her sister. She wants to better her life but wants to do it on her own which causes a few hiccups as Wyatt's answer to many problems is money. Kelsey is the kind of heroine you don't see everyday and I found myself rooting for this realistic and strong-willed woman defending herself against the rich snob's judgments.

This was an enjoyable addition to Ms. Loren's series though the storyline felt a bit familiar at times. At its heart this was a story about opposite's attracting, two people from different social statuses, that are drawn to each other through their sexual needs. The sexual encounters are hot, varied in intensity, and flowed nicely throughout the story. Those looking for a hot and compelling read will want to give this one a chance as Ms. Loren's series continues to satisfy!

I go so caught up in this book, I absolutely feel in love with

I go so caught up in this book, I absolutely feel in love with the characters. I became jealous of Kelsey and Wyatt is so sexy as a Dominant that I just wanted to be the one feeling his touch.

Kelsey is working two jobs, one as a waitress where she flirts and fantasizes about Wyatt Austin and also she also works at The Ranch, a private BDSM resort. Saving up for culinary school so she can one day open up her own bakery. She has many skeletons in her closest though, but she has done all she can to get back to a normal life. When someone comes back from the past, and threatens her new beginnings things change for her and she can only help but wonder if her fantasizes may become her savior.

Wyatt doesn't want to date he works to many hours, yet the pretty young waitress brings out something insider him he thought was no longer there. Now with an upcoming business retreat he needs someone to pose as a girlfriend, and Kelsey needs somewhere to hide for a little bit there is no way he can't resist making her an offer. This is when Kelsey finds out that Wyatt's power at work doesn't match his power in the bedroom and cannot help but wonder if she can survive this all. He soon realizes he wants her now more than ever.

This book was so steamy, and so well laid out I could not help but try and imagine being Kelsey. Roni Loren has a knack when it comes to the BDSM lifestyle. This book and its pace flowed so well you were never bored and it didn't feel rushed or unreal. I love how it has like the movie Pretty Women with a little kink in the mix. I can not wait to read the previous books of this sexy, steamy series and future ones. If I could give this book 10 stars I so would!

So basically Roni Loren is one of my favorite authors ever. Since a friend of mine first recommended her books, I have absolutely fallen in love. Loren is one of those authors whose talent only increases with each book, so a new release from here is always a delightful treat. Caught Up In You comes in a very close second as my favorite Roni Loren novel and I already cannot wait for the next.

I loved that we got to hear Wyatt’s story – we get some a brief glimpse of him wherever Jace pops up and he was such an intriguing character. I also loved seeing more of Kelsey after the role she played in Crash Into You.

Gosh, Wyatt is pretty much like the hottest Dom ever – Kelsey totally thinks she can one up him and she had no idea what was coming for her.  I loved the game of cat and mouse they play for some of the book.

I just absolutely loved this one – another absolute master piece from Roni Loren and I am not looking forward to the long months until March when I get another book from her. Basically, I have decided I am giving up on writing a legit, full length review and leaving you with one final thought: Read this one – it is absolutely amazing and I love it.
