Do not buy this electronic Version!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Barnes and Noble very cleverly hides the fact that the electronic version that they have available does not include the supplemental cd's drastically reducing the benefit of this book. So I have to give this book a 5 star rating but just buy it from another company B&N gets no stars.

    The book itself is excellent.
