Ok I love Abbi Glines I have read every single one of her books and I loved every single one this one is no different. I am really sad to see this series come to an end.
******Spoiler Alert*******
The only reason I gave this book 4 stars was because I was expecting to read a little more soul connecting between Jay and Pagan don't get me wrong I'm team Dank all the way but I don't understand the point of taking her memory away the whole time she was around Jay there wasn't any type of "soul connecting" on both of their parts, I mean if they were in fact "soul mates'' shouldn't there be some type of connection? I really liked this book but i would've loved it if there would of been some type of connection between her and Jay because that would've been so much more gratifying to see her and Dank's love prevail. This book made me feel like the only thing Dank had to worry about is getting Pagan to remember him which was a little disappointing. With that said I really did enjoy this book. I don't regret reading it and I would recommend this book to anyone who is a fan of her work.

Ceaseless was an emotional rollercoaster and one that I loved. It was by far my favorite in this series and I was blown away by how much I enjoyed it. Also Pepe is on the cover so let us all take a moment to appreciate his lovely appearance. Any book with Pepe on it immediately draws my attention.
If I am being completely honest (which I always endeavor to be with my reviews) I was very leery going into Ceaseless. After reading the summary I was all "oh come on! Really?" The last two books had a love triangle and then we finally get rid of Leif and then we have to deal with Jay now. I felt like it was such a typical way to go and just another way of including the ever annoying love triangle. However I am happy to admit that I was wrong. Abbi did a fabulous job with this and while I was frustrated at points with the characters I did love the story.
I think the reason I was able to enjoy this love triangle was the way Abbi handled it. By having Pagan lose her memories, it made it understandable. If the love triangle had erupted with Pagan remembering everything about Dank it would have been ridiculous. I would have never believed for a second that Pagan would have second thoughts concerning Dank after everything they had been through together. However, because she couldn't remember it made it believable that she might have her attention divided. It also made her moments with Dank sweeter. Oh and speaking of Dank, watching him was heartbreaking. He had to see Pagan go on dates with another guy and he had to watch her not remember anything about him. I just wanted to hug him for the majority of the book.
One again Pagan and Dank have an incredibly sweet romance, despite the obstacles in their way. Dank is 100% devoted to Pagan and that just makes him very sexy and endearing and lovable. However he does have a tendency to be very dark and broody, but that just adds to his charm I think. He is damn near perfect in the paranormal fictional boyfriend department.
Like I said, this book is an emotional rollercoaster, but in the best way possible. You will go from happy to sad to frustrated over and over. There are moments that will break your heart and then moments that will turn you into a puddle of goo. I loved every single change in emotion I experienced and it is easy to become absorbed in this story. I am sad to see this series end, but the way it ended was absolutely perfect in my opinion.
All in all this is a great book and a great series in general. Abbi created a great world where Death is a person and she crafted a wonderful story around it. I will forever be thankful to the list on goodreads with all the books that have Pepe and Sztella on the cover. It is what first introduced me to this series and I immediately loved it. Please do yourself a favor and read this series.

Oh dear. Here I am writing a review for CEASELESS and I am utterly sad about it. Sad it is over...sad no more Dank...just sad. This whole series has been amazing and it will always be one of my favorites.
Glines sure knows how to give her readers characters we want to read about and care about. They are real and believable...even if this is Death we are talking about. But they hang with you long after the story is over. Especially Dank. Oh how I love me some Dank. One of my all-time favorite characters ever.
I loved the first book of the series the best. But CEASELESS comes in 2nd. I loved seeing Dank trying to get Pagan to fall back in love with him. Things look like they are going his way and love looks like it is on the horizon. But something happens when an old character emerges and throws Dank for a loop and back to start. Any advancement he had made at gaining Pagan's trust is soon diminished. Winning her back is a distant dream…a very distant dream.
Awesome series…awesome characters…awesome writer. It is a must read. And I suggest it to any and all lovers of the paranormal genre.

Well, well, well... What a great ending to this story... I loved every minute of this book. I finished it last night late, so forgive me if I am not articulating cohesive thoughts!
First, how frustrating is it that Pagan doesn't remember anyone! I think I was more sad that she didn't even remember Gee! And why the hell does Lief keep showing up??? Oh how I love this little mystery... Jay is a tool who keeps screwing up and looking for forgiveness after the fact. Why the Diety thought he'd ever be a good soul mate for Pagan I'll never know... Thank Diety that Gee stepped in to save the day!!! And it must be said, there is quite a steamy scene with Pagan and Dank that had me fanning myself :) Love Love Love!!

This was a great book to end the series. I am sad that it is over. I also expected Jay to put up more of a fight for her, but I did like the end result.

What a perfect ending to Pagan, and Dank's story. I hate to see them go. Abbi is so talented, I don't usually read supernatural stories but I had read everything else Abbi had written so I thought I'd give it a shot. I am so glad I did! This has turned into one of my favorite series's! If your a fan of love conquering all then Pagan and Dank are the ones to beat, so go on and pick up the first novel Existence and I'm telling you that you wont regret it. Then when you finish falling in love with this story go buy EVERY other book Abbi has written and fall in love with them too.

Okay so cool series and all but just a warning the sex scene in this one is a little to discriptive for young teens so just be careful.

This was the best series ever.
Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.Ceaseless shows us the power of true love. How far would you go for the person that you love? Dank has gone to hell and back, defied heaven, defeated Voodoo Kings, and now he must defeat Pagan herself.
Abbi Glines writes a masterful story about fighting for what you want and never giving up on love. Pagan and Dank have been through so much, to have her memory taken away as one last test, is torture for Dank. To look at her, talk to her, but not to be able to hold her, kiss her…just be with her, is tearing him up inside.
With some allies on his side Dank sets forth to woe his true love all over again. Will she fall for him again or does fate have a different plan for her?

Overview
When Pagan Moore proved worthy of Death’s devotion, he was given the gift of getting to keep her.
But Dank was never promised that Pagan would keep him.
