A few weeks ago, I listened to Lauren Chandler on the The Happy Hour podcast, and she shared about her journey with Celebrate Recovery. It sparked my interest in the program, so I was really excited to see they have a Celebrate Recovery 365 Daily Devotional. The devotional is a nice hardcover book, and it includes 365 daily readings designed for anyone on the road to recovery from hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Each devotional offers a verse, a brief inspirational story, and ends with a prayer. I like that the days are numbered but not dated, so you can start anytime throughout the year. I also appreciate the different voices and experiences that come from having three authors instead of just one. I have enjoyed the devotionals I've read so far, and I look forward to reading more. Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this book free from the publisher through the Booklook Bloggers book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review.
