When I shop the organic section in the local grocery, there are often entire rows dedicated to gluten free foods. It seems those sections and the variety of foods they offer are growing more and more. Is it just my imagination, or is gluten free diets the new hot topic of the day? I found this ebook to be very informative and educational. Not only does it offer complete definitions of what Celiac Disease is, but it has current news articles, gluten free website referrals and recipes to try out.

    what's with the overview?

    The overview is a poor recommendation for this book. If the overview has numerous grammatical errors, how can I trust the content? Even at this price, I don't want bad information.
