Overview

If you are diagnosed with Celiac [Coeliac] Disease or simply gluten sensitive, you will not want to go without this crucial guide, and definitely never do any grocery shopping without this guide. The most comprehensive and accurate safe/unsafe list to date, this guide is the ultimate tool in managing a gluten free diet.
The author, also a Celiac, Certified Nutritionist, and Natural Health Consultant, has researched exhaustively every safe and unsafe ingredient found in food and delivered that comprehensive list to you, even pointing out where other lists, including the one's provided by major Celiac associations, go wrong which can cause you to stay sick forever.
Note: this is not a grocery guide, as those can be outdated before even printed because manufacturers change ingredients often and without warning. This guide indicates actual ingredients you will check on labels - which is the only way to manage a gluten free diet safely.
The A to Z list makes it incredibly easy to have on your portable device or smart phone so that you can check labels anywhere, even when traveling. Of course you can also print from your computer.
Bonus material includes information regarding vitamin requirements, where to look for hidden dangers, avoiding cross-contamination, and awesome ideas on how to make a smooth, even enjoyable, transition to living a gluten free life - something only another Celiac can truly understand.

Meet the Author

I am not your typical nutrition expert.

Nicknamed “Iron Woman” among my friends, I was considered invincible because of my extreme fitness regimen. I had endless energy and virtually never got sick.

Then I got sick, very sick and lost my Iron Woman title. Inside of a few months I found myself connected to IV’s just to stay alive.

Doctors ran dozens of tests from blood tests, C-scans, MRI’s and still no answers. Modern medicine failed to give me any answers and they were more confused than ever.

My once athletic body was frail, my arms bruised from IV’s, I lost 30 pounds, I saw fear in my father’s eyes while confined to bed in excruciating pain. I began searching for my own answers.

The modern medical system failed me as it fails millions of people every year.

I realized that I had to take control if I wanted to live. I suspected something the doctors had missed and it had to do with nutrition — my autoimmune disease was triggered by a food allergy (gluten) and it was killing me. I was eating all the same foods I always had, but something happened overnight and just flipped on like a light switch – and it got me very sick, very fast.

My suspicions were quickly confirmed when I went to a specialist and was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, an autoimmune disorder affecting millions of people worldwide caused by consuming gluten.

Celiac Disease (or Coeliac Sprue) can be fatal; in my case it caused my intestines to shut down and ultimately my body’s ability to absorb water and nutrition so no matter how much I ate I was dying because my body’s immune system was permanently damaged from consuming gluten.

I found the key — I healed myself, became stronger and more energetic than ever. Today, I share my “eating secrets” to make nutrition fun, sexy and simple and give everyone who wants their life back a second chance to live.
