With all the new age appropriation of Celtic music, sometimes it's refreshing to go back to the roots. Irish music is really a time-honored canon of thousands of tunes, some ancient, some brand-new, but all grist for the mill for Irish musicians and their dancers. For generations, these tunes have been passed down to be learned, played, and danced to.
