BUSINESS LAW: TEXT AND EXERCISES, 2e captures business law in a straightforward, practical manner. Students explore key topics with real business implications without the burden of excessive detail. Hypothetical examples are used for illustration rather than real court cases.
"Yes, this textbook has worked well for me and the students for the following reasons: 1) the students are not overwhelmed by the text. It's concise, easy to read, and bolsters a student's confidence from day one. The textbook is not intimidating and, therefore, it removes that impediment from the learning process; 2) as a lawyer I appreciate the rigorous detail that some other undergraduate business law textbooks offer; however, given the survey nature of an undergraduate business law course and the wide spectrum of topics covered (42 chapters in the 6th edition)"
"This text is an absolute success. I have reviewed many texts for Business Law & Ethics over my ten years of teaching. This text strikes the perfect balance for the accurate delivery of legal concepts in a way undergraduate students can understand."
