    With the holidays coming up I thought I might share a yummy or two with you. These are some fast favorites of my family already.

    With all the holiday cookies I make I was thrilled to learn more about my favorite flavorings. Nielsen-Massey Vanillas recently introduced a new line of Pure Flavors: Pure Chocolate Extract, Pure Almond Extract, Pure Orange Extract, Pure Lemon Extract, Pure Coffee Extract, Pure Peppermint Extract, Orange Blossom Water and Rose Water. All Nielsen-Massey products are certified Kosher and Gluten-free. I know that I love to add different flavors to my cookies and make a twist or play on what they taste like. I have to say my favorite has to be the Rose Water in a light pink butter cookie.
