Meet the Author

David McGimpsey is the author of three collections of poetry (Lardcake, Dogboy, and Hamburger Valley, California). A songwriter and musician, he is a member of the rock band Puggy Hammer. He also authored Imagining Baseball — a critical study on the place of baseball in American popular culture. David currently teaches at Montreal's Concordia University.
