Chakra Meditation by Swami Saradananda is a wonderful book for seekers at all levels of expertise. It is beautifully illustrated and includes yoga poses to help complement your meditation practice. Many other books that I've read on the chakras are confusing, but not this one. It instructs the reader in a simple fashion, and explains the theory of the chakras in an easy to understand manner. I have read this book cover to cover, and am looking forward to reading it again and again. I especially enjoy the different breathing exercises that are recommended in this book. As a supplement to meditation practices, flower essences, essential oils, crystals, gems, and stones, incense, and helpful foods are also discussed.
