About the Author

Phyllis Noe Pflomm is a graduate of Stephens College, Columbia, MO, and Barnard College. She is a children's librarian in the Dayton and Montgomery County (OH) Public Library system, where she tells stories, many of which are draw-and tell, to children of all ages.
