and wolfe and Archie too! This is one of the more inticately plotted of the Wolfe series but it all fits togetherlike a perfect jigsaw puzzle. I read the wolfe series over and over because, even tho I know the outcome, I like Archie's narrative style.

I own the paperback, audiobook and A&E dramatization of this novel. I judge it to be in the top quartile of Nero Wolfe novels. The premise, detective work and conclusion are all interesting.
