This is the first diet related book I have ever read from cover to cover. The actual accounts from people who participated in the Challenge were inspiring, as well as the before and after photos. The workout schedule seems rigorous, but it is definitely do-able. The only downfall to the program is the utilization of EAS and Myoplex products. If you can't tolerate artificial sweeteners or food coloring, these products are not for you. I've tried some of the products and became ill from using them. The shakes and bars are not as tasty as the book proclaims them to be. Remember, this book is partially advertisement for the company that produces these products. Eat healthy, watch your carbohydrate and sugar intake, and follow the workout plan. You should still see great results even if you can't officially enroll in the Challenge.
