Meet the Author

Coral Moore has always been the kind of girl who makes up stories. Fortunately, she never quite grew out of that. She writes because she loves to invent characters and the desire to find out what happens to her creations drives the tales she tells.

Prompted by a general interest in how life works, her undergraduate schooling was in biology. She follows science news and enjoys conversations about genetics and microbiology as much as those about vampires and werewolves. Coral writes speculative fiction and is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Writing at Albertus Magnus College.

Currently she lives in Connecticut with the love of her life, who offers both encouragement and kicks in the tail when necessary. Also in residence are two mammals of the families Canidae and Felidae.

She released her first novel, Broods of Fenrir, in November 2011. Her next release, Elements of Rebellion, is due out in spring 2012.

    Ok

This is a prelude to the book 'Broods of Fenrir'. It is the story of how Brand found Alice. I read the full book and it doesnt repeat this story in it. If you want a taste of 'Broods of Fenrir' this is it. I left a review under the full book. These are very different and violent books. But the author plays out a great plot throughout the full book. Its something I would only read once.

    That's it?

So the actual prelude is only about 10 short pages long? Then the rest of 49 pages is filled with a plug for the next book. This chapter, because it isn't really a story, should have been added as bonus material in another book from the series. No need to offer crumbs like this when it tells you nothing and goes no where. As a first time reader I am highly dissapointed.

    Sample or prequil

This is a small sample or preclude to the series. It gives you just a taste of the series.

    Extremely Short

Only 19 of the 48 pages was the story. The other 29 pages was the 1st chapter of the "Broods of Fenrir." The story itself was pretty good. I would definitey recommend it.
