Meet the Author

Karl G. Schoemer, MBA (Brownsbug, IN), is the president and founder of VisionQuest, an organization devoted to teaching businesses the tools and skills needed to understand the power of change through workshops and lectures. He holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University with an emphasis in leadership and an undergraduate degree in business from the same university. His twenty years of valuable experience includes multiple roles with Baxter Healthcare International and Dale Carnegie Training. Schoemer is a well-recognized trainer, facilitator, and speaker. He has delivered keynote speeches; facilitated training; and consulted with hundreds of companies, groups, and associations worldwide. He has helped managers, teams, and organizations develop the skills and beliefs necessary to manage the change process and improve productivity.
