This book has changed my life. I have been a long time sufferer of IBS and Rosacea. I have tried several different kinds of medicine to manage it and nothing has worked as well as changing my eating habits. After reading this book and trying several of the recipes I have never felt better. I am off of all of my medication. Also from drinking the recommended water intake my Rosacea has improved tremendously. All in all it is a great find.

Love the reciepes. My edition DOESN"T HAVE AN INDEX! I hope the later additions have an INDEX! I'd like to know if latter additions have an INDEX??? I might get another copy if I knew it has an INDEX! Cookbooks need to have an INDEX! The rating would be 5 stars if it had an INDEX!
