I believe that you and I have a similar goal. I doubt you desire another book with ideas that do not work, which ultimately ends up dusty and requiring storage on an already-packed bookshelf. I do not want any dust on my book.

You want to change your life, or some part of it. Since 2005, this program has helped thousands of women, and it can help you too. But one solution will not work for everyone. I have paid close attention to the many success stories and what these women have in common.

You have likely read books in which the author spends paragraph upon paragraph advising you to put down the book and actually do an exercise or write something down. Yet many of us keep reading anyway. The author then puts big black letters or a stop sign to try and jar us from our habitual, inactive reading. We keep reading anyway. After all, we can always go back to the exercise, right? Certainly the book isn't going to walk away. Besides, maybe it makes more sense to read the whole thing through first-and then go back and do the activities. Right?

The Change Your Life Challenge is a simple and easy process to use. I began to feel more organized from the first week (thanks to the CAN). I use the book, the online program and the free printables from the website. The material is not only pleasing to the eye, but also pleasing to the soul. What I like best is each step doesn't require an hour out of my day. The chapters are concise and motivating. A well rounded program that has ironically stopped me from spinning in circles.

Well written book. The book is organized in steps which build on to one other. If you want to be organized but don't know where to begin this book will help.

I do not have the internet at home. I wanted something to keep me motivated when I don't have access to the program on line. I just love it. It is very detailed and simple. The steps are simple, straight forward and doable. The reading is easy without talking down to me. Her style is very straight forward and she offers lots of encouragement. It was everything I expected and more. She does give you a list of supplies you will need but none were expensive and I had most of them in my home office already. If you want to change your life and finely stay organized I'd recommend this book.

I have been very impressed with Brook's new book. I found it when I was searching for some guidance to deal with housework (which was unmanageable at the time). I found that not only does she have great ideas on how to manage keeping you house clean, but also addresses all areas in a woman's life to create a more balanced and mentally healthy "you". So not only does she have ideas to apply to the physical clutter in your life...but also the mental and emotional clutter. I have found that her book is a great tool to get your life back on track. When you begin the book, you have to have faith and trust that if you just try her ideas, they will make a difference. It might be hard for some people to "buy into" her system, but it is sooooo worth trying! Then if something isn't working for you exactly the way she suggests...don't be afraid to "tweek" it to fit your life. Brook provides the backbone and framework for a very successful life organization and management system and I am proud to say that my life has been positively impacted by her book!.

I think I have almost every book writting on getting organized. I kept searching for something to help make me feel like life was worth it. I am handicapped and in a great deal of pain each day. And my house and my life were in disarray. I had tried other methods of getting things done and keeping things organized, but yet still felt that I wasn't hitting the mark with my life. I found the Change Your Life Challenge in 2005 and bought Brook Noel's first book. It helped me to make some changes that made me feel better about living. I couldn't wait for her new book to come out since she based it on the Make Today Matter system that she came up with... I like that "Make Today Matter" ... I think that's what I was missing in my life. Brook takes you thru 15 basic steps in this book going from looking and rating how your life is at this point in time and where you would like it to be. She introduces the CAN which is the best thing for keeping life straight! She ends up the 15 days with her Nightly Reflection which helps wrap up your day and prepare you for the next day. In the second part of the book ahe has unique ways of talking about chaos and clutter, taking care of yourself, money matters, family matters, friend, living with a purpose, health issues and housekeeping. Each are broken down into steps making her whole Change Your Life Challenge much easier than trying to do it all at once. She has worksheet that can help you and she has a website that she lists in the book. On the website she has a sprint room which is a great motivator in getting things done! I would highly recommend this book to anyone... anyone that wants to make their day matter and is ready for the challenge of changing their life to do so!

I have bought both books and find there are parts of each book I like more than the other. I am finding that I stay more focused on what is important to get done and what is not so important as I previously thought. The 3 step action plan is the foundation of getting my life back. I also enjoy taking Brook's online classes and participating with the Make Today Matter online group. If you're looking for a instant "cure" to what's missing in your life, this is not the book for you. Brook makes you use your head to try to figure out the why's and how's of all aspects of your life. It is sometimes hard but it's well worth the effort. Thanks Brook!

Since the Change Your Life Challenge, I'm organized enough to remember to go back and write reviews :) Seriously, this book was the boost I needed to stay organized during a home-remodel-from-hell, and I'm looking forward to a stress-free holiday season thanks to the overall life changes engendered. I highly recommend for list-makers and wannabes of all sorts. You can take what you need and leave the rest for longer-term.

This is an inspiring book, written by a gal who has tried it all. We are all scurrying about these days trying to live our lives to the fullest and missing out on what's most important--balance in our work life, home life, spiritual life. Brook had tried all the "self fix-it" programs and has written a program that covers all the bases and keeps you on task to make the changes necessary to actually change a behavior in a way that it can stay changed. She says "You can have is all, just not at the same time." This is the key. We really don't want it all at the same time, what we do with it all?? If you read her book and make the changes, you can change your life for the better. Make time for the things that are important, stop an annoying habit, be less stressful. Take the Challenge! See how joy can re-enter your life, energy re-appears, life takes on new meaning because you are enjoyng every minute.

Brook Noel's change your life challenge really does what it says...changes your life. Brook has done a brilliant job combining information she's learned from personal experiences and various self help titles and merging them into one easy effective system. The change your life challenge is more than another book, it's an introduction to a new way of being. Any and every area of your life is simplified: finances, housework, relationships, self esteem, personal happiness...you name it, brook probably has a great step by step solution for it-- all in one place. My only suggestion is that maybe next time she should add all of the worksheets into the book as tear out pages or something of that nature. It would really have made my experience even more enjoyable.

I bought this book when I was really down and had just moved a semi truck and 1/2 of another. We moved in a short time and just took everything. We had little to no storage and all the kids went off to collage and my family and friends were left behind. It is a very positive book that helps you challenge some some negative aspects of life not only organize. This book got me started and got me organized. The more I did, the better I felt. It was very practical and easy to use. Actually, I liked the book so well I went on to take some of the classes on line the author offered. Good choice for me.

I chose this book because I was in dire need of getting my life and home back on track. Being a working wife, mother, sister, daughter is difficult and sometimes it takes hearing (reading) what you already know to be able to make a difference. Brook Noel is a wonderful author that makes all aspects of organization personal. My favorite tool is the CAN Catch All Notebook. It has made a significant difference in accomplishing the everyday tasks. This book is one that I will refer back to my entire life.

I have read and applied both books Brook Noel has written. She has lived it and has thought about all the steps to provide the reader with the steps to improve their life. I have enjoyed each challenge she has in the book as well as the online format. The interactive steps to balance ones life is very helpful. It has helped me focus when I have been so busy with my life and had many things to get done. I work full time and it has helped me continue on each day and set goals for my day to day activities and apply the challenges. There are no deadlines, you work at your own pace. There are products to use along with her wonderful library of printables which motivate as well as help you to achieve what you want to have happen in your life. Whatever products you are use to using, if you will make the commitment with her you will find a change. Toni Merkley
