'Change Your Mind, Change Your Body' is a must-read for anyone concerned about their body image. This helped me create a life plan to help to take care of my body and self - I found Dr.Kearney¿s experience, and perspective helpful in achieving my plan. The author included spiritual teachings from different religions throughout the book to show how we think of ourselves and look at ourselves, and how we can help ourselves. This author understands women and offers great suggestions on how to quit overeating and develop a strong, positive self image.
