This new edition does a wonderful job of maintaining the organization of previous editions while providing the most up-to-date information. Every boater should keep a copy of this book on hand as it covers any practical and technical questions you may have. This tome is a little clumsy for reference while on the seas, but it remains the most comprehensive book on the subject to date. An essential book for all boaters.
