    I Also Recommend:

    Nice book but needs some work.

    I think that the content is great. I especially like that the recipes are all in percentages, which allows them to be scaled to any amount. However, for a book of this expense I would expect hardcover, not softcover. And as much as I really like Thomas Schneller, the book is authored by CMC Fritz Sonnenschmidt.
