I had often purchased the collectible editions in the past in order to wonder through worlds or analyze rhetorical strategies used by the author. However, for this copy I purchased, I did not of those; instead, I bought this to remember my childhood and reading this with my teacher. Barnes and Noble did a superb job of conveying the attributes of the original version by E.B. White, but also including two other classical novels. The only problem I have with this--a minor problem, is that it slightly sticks out (literally) from my shelf of collectible editions due to its odd size or spine. A wonderful and beautiful copy though, the image provided is not enough.

Charlotte's Web a very thought provoking book which starts with holding this lavish addition. bound in richly seafoam green, embellished in bright colors and gilded gold. The back proclaims Stuart Little Charlotte's Web The Trumpet of the Swan all with deeply enriched engraved artwork of each stories characters. This addition is a fine read and a blessing to hold and view on the bookshelf. I am very thrilled to have leather bound additions that have artwork which outshines other editions and would make the authors proud. This addition is pure joy
