Refreshing twist on the Amish. Some of the Amish books out there are so strict and preachy, that I found this series to be refreshing and entertaining.
I get tired of the boring Amish books out there that are filled with preaching and the author's example of what she read in Wikipedia's explanations of Amish culture. Fiction is supposed to be entertaining, not a reading lesson. If I want to know some of the the sad truths about Amish, I will read it on Wikipedia--I don't want to read it when I'm trying to be entertained.
So to this author--I say "Bravo" for entertaining me! Keep the books coming because I will read every one of them in the series. I can't wait for next one, by the way!

Intense story.
I love this series. This one is by far the most dramatic. I am definitely looking forward to the next book.
I highly recommend this series to lovers of Amish fiction

This is a touching story with a nice ending but it is way to short to be called a book. The story is actually only 70 pages long. They have added
chapter of another book at the end to make it look longer.

I LOVE Amish books but this entire series is a very poor example of this genre. Much of the customs and culture are misrepresented, grammar, spelling and editing are horrible. Formatting is bad with many words bring randomly split. There is much potential but the author needs help!

I have read a lot of Amish books and in my opinion, this did not portray the real Amish. I'm wondering if the author did any research on the Amish. It's just really strange to me that an unmarried couple who have not known each other for a long time would share a "deep kiss". Excuse me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I have never read of an Amish woman letting her hair down for a man until her wedding night. I felt this in the whole series.

Light Amish short story. Not too deep, but a cute story.
