Meet the Author

Unable to find work after graduating from college, Anna Sam became a cashier full time and started a blog about her experience. This led to the publication of Les tribulations d'une caissière, which sold over 250,000 copies in France alone. A film and play based on her memoir are in development.

    Checkout Girl by Anna Sam

This book is so funny and jovial! You will greatly enjoy this book if you read it. The main character is one that you will not soon forget. This book shows the truth about how much customer service jobs feally stink.

    Not what i expected

I guess when I bough this book I was expecting something completley different. It has a few moments of humor but other then that I felt like the book was just giving me he do's and don'ts of being a "checkout girl". Plus it is only like 128 pages for $3.99! Overall I would not recommend this book unless you are considering becoming a cashier.
