Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble
Before the so-called Foodie Boom, the restaurants of North Carolina's Triangle region were well-kept local secrets. Now, thanks to gourmet magazines and cable cooking shows, the chefs and eateries of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas have achieved the national recognition they deserve. Ann Prospero's Chefs of the Triangle serves as a sumptuous, one-stop guide to these world-class restaurants. Not only does the 256-page paperback profile individual Triangle chefs and restaurants; it provides two or three recipes from each.
