The previous reviewers are not using the Feb 2008 edition as they wrote in 2004!! I have reviewed this book and find it accurate and well-done. The figures are outstanding. In some cases I would have liked even more end-of-chapter problems, but all things considered, I give it a top rating.

Dr. Kotz is an established successful teacher and author who considers the student's point of view. His treatment of essential topics for science students is clear and accurate. This is an outstanding useful product.
