A Wonderful Source for Studying Chen Style

I have read many books since I began studying tai chi about 15 months ago. This book is the best by far for details on the chen style. It covers all the aspects that beginners need to know to use correct postures. It is also the only book I've found so far that covers strictly the chen style. The writers have spent time studying with some of the very best tai chi masters and have shared in the book their learning experiences.
