In Army Nurse, Cherry has made the difficult decision facing all her classmates - should she enlist in the military or practice nursing on the homefront? She's graduated from Spencer and earned the right to put "RN" after her name, and as an Army nurse, she is now "Lieutenant Ames." I read these books when I was a child and now I've introduced them to my 11-year-old stepdaughter. She has now decided to become an Army nurse! Still fun to read even after all these years!
