This book says a lot about the state of scientific debate. Science has moved into the sad realm of political action - where funds are provided by political organizations and corporations to those who obtain the 'right' answer, instead of for pure research. This book gives a modern example of how a 'rogue' scientist had to fight within the scientific community to be heard. Does anyone remember Alfred Wegener? Anyway, it is an interesting read both from a pure scientific research aspect as well as from a political aspect. The point here is that we should consider all facets of a hugely complex matter and let the research lead us to the proper conclusions. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
