This cd-rom & book has a great variety of traditional Chinese cut paper designs. There are some panda and horse cuttings for the relative beginner in paper snipping. The rest of the patterns are for the advanced schnipster. You will find a variety of birds, blossoms, fish, baskets of flowers, stunning peacocks, small landscapes with birds and fish, and much more. There is a nice selection of Chinese dragons to choose from also. For those of you that have only done silhouettes, or the german-style of scherensnitte, this is a great book to add to you library to showcase another culture's take on paper cutting.
