Overview

In a not-too-distant future, the Earth has been overrun by a horrifying technovirus. Mechanical parasites, mistakenly created in an attempt to advance technology, attach themselves to human spinal cords and turn their hosts into cyborgs. Desperate to rid themselves of this technological terror, the remaining human survivors must band together and learn to defend themselves against their android enemies. Picking up where Chirality Book One left off, this second volume of Satoshi Urushihara's science fiction epic continues the story of Shiori, a naive but determined young woman, and Carol, a mysterious and beautiful artificial life form. Together with their friends Patty and Vic, they journey to Alaska in order to locate the GAIA computer. The greatest obstacle they face on this quest is Adam, Carol's male counterpart, who will stop at nothing to destroy them. Once again, they must risk everything in order to secure the future of the human race.

    Amazing

Satoshi Urushihara is the greatest artist of our time. Although I have no read this book specifically I have his cell works and his venus artbook and I can tell you right now that any and all sketches and drawings that he does are five stars.
