Each are about a page in length. Ingredients are listed first in metric and imperial systems—one system on the right-hand side and the other on the left; the directions are listed just after that. Most recipes in the book have about 4 steps in the directions. Some recipes then have an additional section on "other ideas" or "decorate it." Basic instructions for measuring, rolling, baking, and melting are found at the beginning of the book.
