    Best chocolate cookbook yet!

I have other cookbooks by Carole Bloom and bought this one because I trust her recipes to be delicious, and to work! Chocolate is my sweet-weakness, but it can be tricky for me to work with. Carole makes chocolate baking easy and fool-proof!
