Beautiful illustrations, simple text, and action! What more would a 4-yr-old want, especially when he recorded the words himself! Really draws the children in to each page with animals they know and animated sounds they can make.

Yes, this book is okay, but way toooooo short and simple. I had fun making the different animal sounds with my 2 year old. The problem is, the book is 6 pages, that means 6 animals.each page had 2 words ( the name of the animal and the sound). You are better off printing a bunch of animal pictures and writing the name and sound of that animal. At the end of this one my daughter was excited and ready for more, then immediately dissapointed when i said "the end". Im not saying its a bad book just dont expect much

My 5 year old and I had fun recording this story together--I did the reading and he did all the animal sounds. Both he and his 1 year old sister enjoy this short story.
