Overview

Choose Positive Thinking for a Better Future
No matter which way you look at it, life is one long series of challenges, and each challenge requires us to make a choice, and it can be difficult to remain positive and upbeat about every one of those choices. How many of us make the right choice every time? But of course, making mistakes is how we learn, so would anyone really want to be perfect and make the right choice every time?
This is all well and good for those who get it right more often than not, but what about those people who seem to get it wrong almost every time? When this happens and you feel you’re almost certain to get it wrong whatever you do it soon becomes hard to make any choice at all.
This can often be the beginning of a downward spiral of negative thinking that can end in severe depression and even worse. But is it possible to find a way out of that downward spiral and become the sort of positive thinking person who regards every challenge as a learning experience to look forward to?
Choose Positive Thinking for a Better Future isn’t going to show you how to make the right choice every time, but it will show you how to stop that downward spiral and how to take the first steps toward becoming a real positive thinker whatever the challenges you have to face.
Chapters include:
•Choices, Choices, Choices!
•Positive Thinking - Fact or Fiction?
•You Get More of What You Focus Upon
•Negative to Positive in Three Steps
•Positive Thinking Self-Esteem
•Your Future Life - Make It A Positive Choice
Whether you believe there is any power in using positive thinking or not, there’s one choice you can make right now, and it’s about this book. Do you really have anything to lose by reading Choose Positive Thinking for a Better Future?

Meet the Author

After 30+ years of disasters culminating in the loss of just about everything - business, home, wife, friends etc. and after seriously considering ending it all, Peter discovered the difference he could make to his own life simply by changing the way he viewed it all. Armed with this new think positive outlook he went on to re-build his life.

Having learned so much about the effect of what he calls ‘think positive power’ on his own life, Peter has continued to become increasingly fascinated about what we think, why we think it, how it affects the way we live our lives, and how we can learn to change our thinking to change various aspects of our lives.

Peter firmly believes that if people start out on any project with the right mental approach, success is almost always going to be the outcome. Now he intends to put it to the test by writing about the things he has learned so he can help others change their lives too. More books are on the way!

Since turning his life around, Peter has also become more interested in enjoying a healthy living lifestyle. In doing so he became aware of was that whilst many people want to lose weight, few actually succeed in doing so. It was only a short step to apply the 'think positive power' philosophy to weight loss and create his own weight loss book.

Something of a recluse, Peter lives blissfully and quietly in the South of England with partner Mary and their two dogs, taking pleasure from the peace and happiness he has now found.
