Eric Hammel, one of the best authors of non-fiction combat has done it again! Chosin, the battles and retreat in sub-zero temperatures, was hell on earth for those who fought there and endured it. Eric has more than done his homework and research as he puts you in the foxholes and firefights, fending off the "Human Sea" attacks! Good books on the Korean War are hard to find and I rate Chosin as one of the very best. No broad overviews here! You are there! Very highly recommended.
